斯里兰卡民主社会主义共和国总理（）是南亚岛国斯里兰卡的内阁职务。根据现行《斯里兰卡宪法》，总理是由斯里兰卡总统委任的“最受内阁成员信任”的阁员，并兼具副总统职能。如果总统在任上去世，总理将成为代总统，直至议会推举继任人选或通过新选举选出新总统。

历史
斯里兰卡在1948年前属英国殖民地，1948年宣告独立为锡兰自治领，而身为政府首脑的锡兰总理一职早在1947年就已經设立。1972年，锡兰自治领更名“自由、主权和独立的斯里兰卡共和国”，職位遂更名為“斯里兰卡总理”至今。总理同时兼任外事和国防部长，直至1977年朱尼厄斯·理查德·贾亚瓦德纳政府另行组建国防部和外交部止。

1978年，贾亚瓦德纳总理通过宪法修正条款设立斯里兰卡总统一职，减少总理职权：总统成为国家元首兼政府首脑，总理变得有名无实。1993年，拉纳辛哈·普雷马达萨总统遇刺，丁吉利·班达·维杰通加总理成为代总统。

2015年4月28日，斯里兰卡议会通过第十九条宪法修正案，将政府权力授予总理，但总统仍是国家元首、内阁首脑和武装力量总司令。

1947年至今共有16人出任总理，其中拉尼尔·维克拉马辛哈共计六次入职（包括一次连任），是迄今担任总理次数最多者；达德利·森纳那亚克、西丽玛沃·班达拉奈克和和马欣达·拉贾帕克萨都曾三次宣誓就职，其中班达拉奈克是世界上首位女总理，拉贾帕克萨是斯里兰卡历史上唯一被最高法院停职的总理。此外，有五位总理曾担任斯里兰卡总统。
