国际人道实况调查委员会

國際人道實況調查委員會（英語：, IHFFC、法語 ），又譯國際人道主義實況調查委員會，是在1991年根據《1949年日內瓦四公約的第一附加議定書》（即1977年《第一附加議定書》）第90條的規定成立的國際組職。它為一個常設機構，對被控訴嚴重違反國際人道法的行為進行調查，委員會可以調查事件的經過，但不會對所引起的問題作出判斷。

該委員會由15名專家組成，總部位於瑞士伯爾尼，並由瑞士外交部執行秘書處的職能。IHFFC現有76國加入，並獲邀請長期作為聯合國大會觀察員。

在2015年10月7日，無國界醫生要求啟動委員會，調查同年10月3日在阿富汗昆都士發生的無國界醫生醫院遭受空襲的事件。無國界醫生表示，不相信內部軍事調查指轟炸造成的至少22人死亡，並認為這是戰爭罪行。這是IHFFC成立以來，首次有國際組職要求啟動調查。IHFFC其後在10月8日和10月14日表示，他們準備進行調查，但只能在有關國家或各國的同意下才可進行。
