鍅沒有穩定的同位素,因此無法得到其標準原子量,但鍅存在有兩個天然放射性同位素。目前已知的有35種鍅的同位素,原子量從199到233,其中最穩定的同位素是鍅-223(),半衰期為22分鐘,由於是鈾-235()的衰變產物,因此在地殼中微量存在,而另一個自然同位素是,半衰期較短,只有4.9分鐘,目前已知穩定性最差的鍅同位素是,半衰期為86奈秒。
钫在前105个元素之中最不稳定。106号元素𬭳和之后的元素虽然比钫更不稳定,但因为目前发现的同位素数量不多,所以以后可能会发现更长寿的同位素。
