鉛有178Pb至220Pb共43种同位素,其中4個(204Pb、206Pb、207Pb、208Pb)是穩定的。在所有的穩定同位素中,質量數最大。是一个双幻数核,分别为82个质子和126个中子。
鉛同位素由於具有發生化學反應後不會有明顯分化現象,因此常用於地球化學與汙染源的示蹤。
