熟人强奸（）是认识受害者的人实施的强奸。熟人的例子包括受害者正在约会的对象、同学、同事、雇主、家庭成员、配偶、顾问、治疗师、宗教官员或医生。熟人强奸包括一类被称为约会强奸的事件，这些事件涉及到彼此之间有恋爱关系或性关系的人。当一名学生对另一名学生实施强奸时，有时会使用校园强奸一词。
大部份的強姦案件中，受害者是被認識的人所強姦。不過相較於被陌生人強姦的案件，熟人强奸舉報的可能性較小，因此犯罪統計數據常常會低估熟人强奸的發生率。熟人强奸在法律下的處罰和陌生人強姦是一樣的。
