2019–20年歐洲冠軍聯賽淘汰賽在2020年2月18日開始，原訂於2020年5月30日於土耳其伊斯坦堡的阿塔圖克奧林匹克體育場舉行決賽。在淘汰賽階段共有 16 支球隊參賽。
2020年3月12日，歐洲足協（UEFA）宣布，因應2019冠状病毒病疫情，兩場原訂於2020年3月17日進行的十六強次回合賽事，會延期舉行。翌日再宣布，所有歐聯及歐霸盃賽事全部延期舉行。3月23日，再宣布決賽也將延期舉行。
2020年6月17日，歐洲足協宣布，所有歐聯賽事於8月恢復。而由半準決賽起，比賽改以單回合制在葡萄牙里斯本進行。

十六強賽抽籤儀式在2019年12月16日，歐洲中部時間 12:00 進行。十六強抽籤時，八個對戰組合均是小組首名對戰另外一個小組的次名，而同一國家聯賽的球隊不會在十六強碰頭，而半準決賽後的對戰組合則沒有任何限制。
