大衛·韋恩（，）是一名美國演員，東尼獎兩屆得主。
大衛出生於密歇根州特拉弗斯市，母親在四歲時去世。在西密西根大學學習了兩年，然後在克利夫蘭擔任統計學家。於1936年開始在克利夫蘭做莎士比亞相關劇演出。第二次世界大戰開始時，韋恩自願擔任英國陸軍在北非的救護車司機。當美國參戰時，他加入了美國陸軍。
1948年，大約700人申請紐約新成立的演員工作室的會員資格，韋恩成為50名通過者之一。在電影中，韋恩最常擔任配角，他被授予《八月樓茶館》最佳男演員第二名，並被提名為《快樂時光》（音樂劇）的最佳男演員，後來在經典舞台喜劇《羅伯茨先生》中演出主角。《M就是兇手》是其在演藝圈成名作。
