資訊技術法（information technology law；信息技術法；網絡法(cyberlaw)）涉及信息技術方面的法律；包括計算及互聯網。 它涉及，以及管理（數位化）資訊與軟件，資訊安全及電子商務等方面的數位傳播，它也被描述為“無紙化環境(paperless environment)”的“書面法(paper laws)”。資訊技術法亦提出了計算與互聯網，合同法，隱私權，言論自由以及管轄權等方面的知識產權之具體問題。
歷史沿革
資訊技術的監管，通過計算及互聯網發展出来的第一個公共資助的網絡；如在美國的ARPANET與資訊網絡，或在 英國的JANET網絡等的資訊技術監管網絡之發展。
