比提尼亞與本都

比提尼亞與本都（）是罗马帝国位于小亚细亚的一个行省，位于黑海沿岸。它由本都王国与原比提尼亚（前74年成为罗马帝国行省）于前63年合并而成，首府为尼科米底亞，其前身为马尔马拉海东部比提尼亚王国的首都。

历史
公元前74年，比提尼亚王国国王尼科美德四世在临终时将王国赠送给罗马。起初此地归属亚细亚行省。在击败米特里達梯并吞并本都王国后，二者一起组成了比提尼亚与本都行省。该行省由击败米特里達梯的庞培组建。

公元前27年，奥古斯都与元老院划分行省时，此地因缺乏军事重要性而成为了元老院行省。

大约在公元111至113年之间，图拉真任命小普林尼为行省长官。他于111年9月17日到达比提尼亚，先是在以弗所下船，然后拜访了帕加马与普鲁萨，最后到达首府尼科米底亞。在其担任行省总督期间，与图拉真的信件中仍有61封流传至今。

根据卡西乌斯·狄奥的说法，大约在124年，元老院将比提尼亚与本都交给皇帝图拉真，以换取吕基亚与潘菲利亚。而在普林尼之后，盖乌斯·尤利乌斯·科尔努图斯·特图拉斯接手此地，直至哈德良将行省归还元老院。165年馬爾庫斯·奧列里烏斯统治时期，它成为一个元首行省。在7世纪穆斯林入侵后，此地被拜占庭分为三个军区，分别为布塞拉里亚、奥普西金与奥普提马顿。
