科學懷疑論（）又稱理性懷疑論（），是一種科學或實務上，對於缺乏證據的解釋或論點持怀疑态度的認識論觀點。在實務上，科學懷疑論一辭通常應用於考察一些不屬於主流科學的理論，而不是用來指科學家之間例行性的討論或爭論。
