約翰·威爾伍德（；），美國臨床心理學家、心理治療師、作家。超個人心理學领域的重要学者，整合東方靈修與西方心理治療。
在芝加哥大學就學期間研究存在心理學，與合作，1974年獲得臨床心理學博士學位。
作品《遇見100％的愛》榮獲美國二○○六年度「美好人生書獎」 （Books for a Better Life Award）、「最佳佛教作品獎」（Best Buddhist Writing）。
