鄧肯·貝利·佛雷斯特（，）FRSE，是一個蘇格蘭神學家及神學和愛丁堡大學新學院創辦人。
生平
佛雷斯特出生於1933年11月10日。
他的研究多集中於基督教倫理、宣教學、實踐神學和政治神學。於1970年代他的研究集中於印度宣教事工。當他在1984年創辦了愛丁堡大學新學院的神學與公共事務中心後，他的研究偏向政治與神學的關係，及多探討蘇格蘭、英國以至歐洲的現象。他在2000年卸下該中心主任的職務。他也有作蘇格蘭基督教敬拜歷史的研究。
他於2016年11月29日離世，享年83歲。
