巴格拉季昂王朝（）是一个从中世纪至19世纪初统治格鲁吉亚的王朝，是当时世界上历史最悠久的基督教统治王朝。一些学者认为它与亚美尼亚的巴格拉提德王朝有相同起源。在15世纪格鲁吉亚王国分裂为三个王国即卡尔特利王国、卡赫蒂王国、伊梅雷蒂王国后，巴格拉季昂王朝的分支继续统治着三个国家，直到19世纪早期俄国背弃《乔治亚夫斯克条约》将其吞并。此后，巴格拉季昂王朝的后裔作为俄国贵族一直延续至1917年俄國革命。
