卡蘿·S·德威克（；）是美國史丹佛大學的行為心理學教授，現時是史丹佛大學的路易斯及維珍尼亞·伊顿心理学教授。德威克以其的心理特質研究而知名：她認為人的思維模式可以分為下列兩種：一種是「僵固型思維模式」，會限制人的學習與成功；而另一種「成長型思維模式」則可使人們進步，相信他們可以通過投入熱情、教育、堅持來發展才能。
她在2004年加入斯坦福大学之前，曾在哥伦比亚大学、哈佛大学和伊利诺伊大学任教 。她是（）的院士。
