賈克·吕西安·莫諾（Jacques Lucien Monod，）是一位法國生物學家，出生於巴黎，他與方斯華·賈克柏共同發現了蛋白質在轉錄作用中所扮演的調節角色，也就是後來著名的乳糖操縱子，兩人因此與安德列·利沃夫共同獲得了1965年的諾貝爾生理學或醫學獎。
此外，他曾預測在基因訊息與蛋白質產物之間，具有mRNA分子作為中介者，此理論後來獲得證實。莫諾同時也是一位科學哲學作家與音樂家。
