美國殖民地酒店（American Colony Hotel）是以色列耶路撒冷的一座高級酒店，也是一座擁有悠久歷史的建築，位於耶路撒冷美國殖民地。美國殖民地酒店自20世紀初期開始作為酒店經營。現在美國殖民地酒店自稱是巴以衝突中的綠洲。自1980年開始，美國殖民地酒店由一家瑞士公司經營。
