白康迪

白康迪（Kanti Prasad Bajpai，）是一名印度學者、前杜恩公學校長，也是一名知名國際事務分析員他也是知名的中國—印度關係專家。 他目前是新加坡國立大學教授，並且擔任李光耀公共政策學院的研究副院長。

早年生活和教育
白康迪生於印度外交官家庭：父親是前印度駐加拿大高級專員；叔叔是前駐美國大使；爺爺則是印度獨立前駐美國的知事代表。他跟隨其他家族成員就學於知名的杜恩公學，畢業後前往不列顛哥倫比亞大學取得經濟學文學士、政治學碩士，1981年回到母校任教。他其後重新回到北美於伊利諾大學厄巴納-香檳分校修讀政治學博士。
