2019年歐洲國家聯賽決賽周是2018–19年歐洲國家聯賽賽事的最後階段。賽事會於2019年6月5–9日在葡萄牙，由2018–19年歐洲國家聯賽A中的四個小組冠軍角逐。賽事會進行兩場準決賽、一場季軍戰和一場決賽，以決出首屆賽事的冠軍。

四個2018–19年歐洲國家聯賽A中的小組冠軍角逐會獲得歐洲國家聯賽總決賽參賽權。
比賽球場
意大利，波蘭和葡萄牙爭奪主辦權，三個主辦國都在A3組別，因此該組獲勝者將成為主辦國。
葡萄牙足球總會提出於波爾圖的火龍球場和基馬拉斯的阿方索·亨里克斯球場作為賽事的比賽球隊。
