卡梅洛·梅萨-拉戈（，）是古巴著名的美国裔经济学家，美国匹兹堡大学拉丁美洲研究中心主任、名誉教授。
曾于1982年6月15日至30日应中国社会科学院邀请，在北京、武汉、南京、上海进行访问。他的研究主要集中于拉美国家地区，其中将拉美地区的医疗保险划分为三种基本模式：全国卫生体系模式、与公共卫生体系相结合的社会保障模式、公共社会保障与私人部门相结合的模式。
