亞瑟訴安克案（Arthur & Another v Anker & Another）為一英國司法案件，即關於在私人土地上使用將外來的違停車輛夾住而有之的新判例法，並被視為該類案件的主要法律判例。

事實及初步聽證
於1992年5月6日下午早些時候，索賠人"大衛·亞瑟"將車停在康沃爾郡特魯羅市中心附近橡樹街的一個道路外地區。該區域為私人所有，並由當地營業場所的租賃人作為其客戶使用的停車場。這塊區域不是一個公共停車場地。未經許可或授權的違停持續濫用該區域造成了阻礙與不便，這使得租賃人委聘"托馬斯·安克爾"的雇主"安查克安全服務公司"來協助處理這個問題。
後續事件
於2012年10月1日之規定，即將私人土地上的外來違停車輛夾住為一種刑事犯罪。然而，該案例的解釋仍適用於私人土地上的車輛違停執法。
