《乃木坂46 5th YEAR BIRTHDAY LIVE 2017.2.20-22 SAITAMA SUPER ARENA》是日本女子偶像組合乃木坂46在2017年2月20日至22日於日本埼玉縣埼玉超級競技場舉行的五週年紀念公演，於2018年3月28日以DVD和Blu-ray形式發售。
背景
乃木坂46每年均會在出道CD的發賣紀念日2月22日舉行「Birthday Live」，演唱自己的所有曲目，五週年的2017年則在埼玉超級競技場三日連續舉行演唱會。
第一日的公演是橋本奈奈未的畢業演唱會。過去的「Birthday Live」都是自出道單曲開始順序地演唱下去，但是公演的第一日的曲目則是由橋本自己決定，因此與歷來的次序不同。
其中，「完全生產限定盤」收錄了連續三日的公演外，也收錄了排練至舉行當天的後台紀錄影片「Behind the Stage of 5th YEAR BIRTHDAY LIVE」。另外，亦附贈了印有公演照片的Photo Book和交易卡。
2018年3月1日，在《》中，以組合內各軍團的冠名節目的形式，分別在AbemaTV、 SHOWROOM、Niconico直播、YouTube、和Rakuten TV宣佈推出公演影片。
榜單成績
2018年4月9日，公演影片Oricon 綜合Blu-ray週榜以4.8萬銷量取得第1名，這是乃木坂46第4次取得綜合Blu-ray週榜第1名，在女藝人內僅次於Perfume和安室奈美恵，為歷代第3名
