歐年樂（Mark O'Neill）是一名英國作家、記者、大學講師。從牛津大學新學院畢業後，定居亞洲多年，先後受僱於英國廣播公司(BBC)、路透社、香港南華早報及其他國際媒體。曉得廣東話、普通話、日語以及法語。
