法蘭茲·康拉德·馮·赫岑多夫伯爵（；），奥匈帝国陸軍將領，最高軍銜為陸軍元帥，於1906年至1917年間任奧匈帝國總參謀長，是第一次世界大战期間最重要的軍政領導人之一。部分歷史學者認為其在1914年七月危機間主導決策。
康拉德多年來屢次主張進攻塞爾維亞王國，以挽救他認為瀕臨解體的奧匈多民族帝國。第一次世界大战爆發後，其指揮的奧匈軍隊素質低劣、準備不足，未能擊敗塞爾維亞。與此同時，其部在加利西亚战役被俄軍擊敗。1915年夏，奧德聯軍在戈爾利采—塔爾努夫攻勢中收復加利西亞與波蘭，並於10月在保加利亞協助下征服塞爾維亞。自1915年起，他的部隊日益依賴德國支援與指揮。
1917年3月，弗朗茨·约瑟夫一世皇帝駕崩後，康拉德因失利被新任皇帝卡爾一世免職，轉任義大利戰線的一個集團軍，直至1918年夏退休。1925年，康拉德逝世，享壽72歲。
