凱瑞·布朗（Kerry Brown）是一名英國歷史學家、政治學家，目前擔任倫敦國王學院中國研究所主任。在此以前，曾在英國外交及聯邦事務部以及悉尼大學任職，並於2000年至2003年担任英国驻华大使馆一等秘书，2003年至2005年担任英國駐印度尼西亚、菲律宾和东帝汶处处长。布朗曾出版有關中國共產黨、習近平、胡錦濤以及中國國際關係的著作。
早年從劍橋大學岡維爾與凱斯學院取得英語文學碩士，及後從利兹大學取得政治學博士。
