1987年國際足協世界青年錦標賽是國際足協第6屆國際足協世界青年足球錦標賽，本屆主辦國為智利，比賽日期為1987年10月10日至10月25日，所有球賽在聖地亞哥-德智利、康塞普西翁、瓦爾帕萊索、安托法加斯塔等4個城市舉行。
衛冕冠軍在半準決賽以 1–2 不敵；地主隊則在準決賽以 0–4 不敵西德，最後在季軍賽點球大戰以 1–3 不敵，以殿軍收場。南斯拉夫則在決賽點球大戰以 5–4 擊敗西德，首次奪得冠軍獎盃。本屆神射手由獲得，他在這次比賽中踢進7球。
