紐約州民事執行法與規則（Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR)、民事執行法與規則；New York State Civil Practice Law and Rules）是屬於美國紐約州紐約州法律彙編的第8章，並管轄纽约州法院系统中的法律程序，諸如司法管轄權、(審判地)與，以及實體法的某些領域、諸如消滅時效與(連帶債務)。
紐約州民事執行法與規則之內容大約有700個單獨的部分與規則，分為70篇章。它自1962年以來一直是紐約州的法律，當時它取代了舊的“民事執行法案”(Civil Practice Act)。
