2018–19年歐洲冠軍聯賽分組賽會在2018年9月18日到2018年12月12日期間進行。 一共有 32 隊參與角逐，每組前兩名晉級淘汰賽。
抽籤
分組賽抽籤儀式於2018年8月30日，在摩納哥舉行。
32 隊會被分成八組，每組四隊，當中來自相同地區足協的球會不能被分到同一個小組。球隊會根據下列準則分成四個檔次： 假如歐聯衛冕球隊和歐霸盃冠軍同時為最高六位的地區協會聯賽冠軍，協會第七位（和有機會第八位）便可被列為第 1 檔次。
*第 2, 3 和 4 檔次包括餘下所有晉級球隊，並會根據2018年歐洲足協球會系數進行分檔。
