阿爾布期

阿爾布期（，又稱阿爾比期），是早白垩世最後一個時期，時間為1亿1300萬年前至1亿50萬年前，位於阿普第期之後，森諾曼期之前。
地层定义
阿爾布期命名緣由是根據法國香檳-阿登大區奧布省（Albien）而來，由法國古生物學家阿爾西德·道比尼（Alcide d'Orbigny）在1842年所提出。有孔蟲門Rotalipora globotruncanoides在阿爾布期首次出現，古生物學家根據牠的化石來劃分森諾曼期與阿爾布期。
