《乃木坂46 2ND YEAR BIRTHDAY LIVE 2014.2.22 YOKOHAMA ARENA》是日本女子偶像組合乃木坂46在神奈川縣橫濱體育館舉行的兩周年紀念公演，有大約13,000名支持者觀看，全部成員亦一齊演唱了《人們的樂器》。公演結束後，大螢幕顯示了數字「3」，並且宣佈舉行舞台劇《16人的主角 trois》，將公演輯錄成《乃木坂46 2ND YEAR BIRTHDAY LIVE 2014.2.22 YOKOHAMA ARENA》，並且以DVD和Blu-ray形式發售，分為完全生產限定的豪華盤和通常盤，共兩種版本。豪華盤收錄了彩排的特別影片「Making of 2ND YEAR BIRTHDAY LIVE」、交易卡和明信片。

公演影片在2015年6月29日的Oricon BD綜合週榜取得第1位，首週銷量約2萬2000張，取代銷出約約1萬4000張的《乃木坂46 1ST YEAR BIRTHDAY LIVE 2013.2.22 MAKUHARI MESSE》，刷新了自己BD週榜的最高紀錄
