型態描述
本屬物種的型態特點是牠們拉長了的紡錘形尖頂和擁有長長的虹吸管；其螺層的邊緣有鋸齒狀的邊沿。

分佈
本屬物種見於西太平洋到印度洋海域的非常深水地區，以及澳大利亞的昆士蘭州離岸。
