南澳州政府（），亦稱南澳大利亞政府，是隸屬於澳洲憲法的政府體制。根據南澳大利亚州憲法，政府於1856年成立，實行君主立憲。1901年，南澳大利亚州加入澳洲聯邦；澳洲憲法規定州政府與聯邦之關係。根據憲法，南澳州擁有獨立的立法及司法權；但聯邦仍然保留一定權力，避免與聯邦造成衝突。
历史
南澳大利亚于1836年2月依据《1834年南澳大利亚殖民法》（South Australian Colonisation Act 1834），通过英王威廉四世颁布的《特许状》（letters patent）而正式建立。该殖民地的治理体系按照爱德华·韦克菲尔德（Edward Wakefield）提出的原则进行组织，即由自由移民而非罪犯进行定居。 因此，治理权力被分为两部分：一是对英国王室负责并被赋予立法权的总督； 二是殖民委员会，其职责是向移民出售土地以筹集殖民地所需资金
