捲管螺科（），又名塔螺科，是芋螺總科之下的一個海洋腹足綱軟體動物的科級分類單元，包括了多種不同的掠食性海螺。
捲管螺科最初被視為一個很大的群組，包括了數以千計相關的海螺物種。這數千個物種可以歸類到約七百個屬，且未計算本科的化石物種，若將其計算包括在內，物種的數量甚至超過一萬種。然而，這個龐大的分類後來被證實是一個多系群。隨着分子生物親緣支序學的發展，多個分支從捲管螺科獨立出來；不過「捲管螺類」（）這個名詞仍然會作為廣泛定義的捲管螺物種的非正式名稱。
分佈
本科物種分佈於世界各地；但主要還是出現於浅海带。
型態描述
本科物種的螺殼大致上都是紡錘形。螺層會拉長至成為寬錐形。
捲管螺類物種皆為肉食性及捕食性的腹足綱動物。大多數物種的體內都有，配合其弓舌型齒舌（Toxoglossan radula），可用於捕食其他有脊椎及無脊椎（主要還是多毛綱）的動物，甚或用於自衛。有些物種的齒舌及毒腺都已消失；而有齒舌的物種，一般每行都有舌齒兩到三枚，而且沒有側齒，邊齒作Y字形或打雙。
