钩枝藤科（學名：）是被子植物的一個科，旗下只有
钩枝藤属（學名：**'）這一個藤本植物的属，包括12-20個物种。
本科物種只見於舊世界。
分類
本科植物为常绿藤本，枝端有钩，借以攀缘，或依靠枝端缠绕攀缘；单叶互生，有托叶；花两性，辐射对称，花瓣5；果实为坚果。最新发现其中某些种类可提取抗爱滋病的药物。
由於钩枝藤科與双钩叶科的花粉及葉柄的構造很相似，1981年的《克朗奎斯特分类法》，將本科與双钩叶科同時被置於堇菜目。1998年根据基因亲缘关系分类的APG 分类法认为应该放在石竹目中，2003年经过修订的APG II 分类法维持1998年的原分类。
新近的分子生物學及生物化學實證，認為在石竹目的捕食性物種（例如：茅膏菜科、猪笼草属、露叶毛毡苔科及穗葉藤屬等）全都屬於同一個演化支，儘管這個支序可能並非每一個物種都是捕食性植物。

本屬物種原生於非洲、印度次大陸及东南亚。
分布在亚洲和非洲的热带地区。
在中国只有1种—钩枝藤（Ancistrocladus tectorius（Lour. ）Merr.），生长在海南。
