鎖核酸

鎖核酸（Locked nucleic acid，LNA）是一種經過修飾的RNA，LNA中一部分核糖上的2'與4'碳連結在一起。一般可見於A-DNA或RNA。

這類核酸可以增加引子或探針（probe）的融解溫度（Tm值），加強這些實驗用物質的穩定性，可應用在即時聚合酶連鎖反應（real-time PCR）等技術中。
