威爾弗雷德·貝卻敵

威爾弗雷德·貝卻敵（英文：Wilfred Graham Burchett，），澳洲記者。他以報導亞洲地區的戰爭與同情共产党而聞名。廣島市被原子彈轟炸後，他是第一位進入採訪的外國記者。他對朝鮮戰爭與越戰的某些報導備受爭議。

職業生涯
第二次世界大戰
貝卻敵1940年開始新聞職業生涯。他對南太平洋殖民地新喀里多尼亞反抗維琪法國的報導使他獲得每日快報的認可。此後他報導了中國和緬甸的戰役，以及道格拉斯·麥克阿瑟將軍的跳島戰術。

1945年9月2日，日本在密蘇里號上正式投降後，他獨自從東京搭火車抵達廣島市，成為廣島遭原子彈轟炸後第一個到現場的西方記者。1945年9月5日，倫敦每日快報在頭版刊登他的獨家報導《原子瘟疫》，這是西方媒體第一次公開報導輻射和放射性落塵的影響。

貝卻敵的報導不受美軍歡迎。有一次美國新聞檢查員禁止發佈的喬治·韋勒所提交的一篇報導，並指責貝卻敵替日本宣傳。紐約時報的雖然在一周前對廣島輻射病進行了報導，還是批評他對輻射病的報導，說是日本試圖破壞美國的士氣。美國佔領日本期間，在麥克阿瑟將軍的命令下，貝卻敵曾經一度被禁止入境日本。此外，他在東京醫院追蹤病情時，他的相機也曾神秘失蹤。

1951年，他作为法國共產黨機關報《人道報》的海外特派員前往中华人民共和国。在中国六个月的期间，他写了China's Feet Unbound，支持毛泽东的「新中国」。1951年7月，他和英国记者艾伦·温宁顿前往朝鲜，採訪板门店和平谈判。

之后，他報導美軍進行細菌戰，研究冷戰史的歷史學家現在對這些報導多數不予採信。他的同事 Denis Warner 認為：貝卻敵所有細菌戰的報導都是編造的，並且指出了這些報導和傑克倫敦的科幻小說的相似之處 。Tibor Méray，一名到场采访但在1956年匈牙利事变后出逃的匈牙利记者否认了这种可能，他说关于细菌战的宣传“必然是经过了庞大的阴谋网设计实施的”。根據俄國解密的檔案，教授與教授認為贝却敌被蘇聯KGB收買，並且說謊否認他是共產黨員。
