哥打莫巴谷（）是印度尼西亚北苏拉威西省的一座城市，位于米纳哈萨半岛东北内陆。哥打莫巴谷原属博朗蒙贡多县，根据印尼政府2007年第4号法令从博朗蒙贡多县分出成立与之平级的建制市哥打莫巴谷市（印尼语：Kota Kotamobagu）；根据印尼政府2010年第9号法令，博朗蒙贡多县的县治也从哥打莫巴谷搬到了洛拉。
市内居民中穆斯林占比最大，高达79.45%，其次是占比达16.31%的新教徒。
