2017–18年歐洲冠軍聯賽分組賽將在2017年9月12日到2017年12月6日間進行，每組前兩名晉級淘汰賽。
抽籤
分組賽抽籤儀式於2017年8月24日，於摩納哥舉行。
32 隊會被分成八組，每組四隊，來自相同成員國的球隊不會分在同一小組。球隊會被分成四個檔次：
*第 1 檔次包含衛冕球隊及歐洲足協國家聯賽排名前七位的聯賽冠軍 If the title holders were one of the champions of the top seven associations, the champions of the association ranked eighth were also seeded into Pot 1.
*Pot 2, 3 and 4 contained the remaining teams, seeded based on their 2017 UEFA club coefficients.。但因為衛冕球隊皇家馬德里同時為前七位的聯賽冠軍，所以排名第八位的聯賽冠軍也會作為第一檔次
