ISO 8859-3，正式编号为ISO/IEC 8859-3:1999，又称Latin-3或“南欧语言”，是国际标准化组织内ISO/IEC 8859的其中一个8位字符集。曾推出过 ISO 8859-3:1988 版。
它原先设计来表示土耳其语及马耳他语文字。但土耳其语已改用ISO/IEC 8859-9显示。现时只有世界语及马耳他语仍使用此字符集。
此字符集同时能支援以下文字：英语、德语、意大利语、拉丁语及葡萄牙语。

在上表中，0x20是空格、0xA0是不换行空格、0xAD是选择性连接号。
0x00-0x1F、0x7F、0x80-0x9F、0xA5、0xAE、0xBE、0xC3、0xD0、0xE3、0xF0在此字符集中未有定义。
