国际数理统计学会 （）是一个国际性的学会，旨在致力于发展，传播和应用统计学和概率。
历史
1935年国际数理统计学会由美国数学家哈里·卡弗和亨利·路易斯·里茨作为两位主要支持者创建。2005年学会启动和伯努利数理统计与概率学会以及国际统计学会联合会员项目。该学会目前大约有4000名全球各地会员。
