在音乐中，律动、旋或旋味（）起源於非裔美國人音樂的術語，是指在推进式節奏中或“摇摆”感中，随着节奏型的变化而产生的一种效果（“感觉”或“动感”）。在爵士乐中，律动可以理解为一种持续重复的节奏单元，由乐队节奏部分（例如鼓、电子贝斯或低音提琴、吉他和键盘）演奏的音乐互动而产生。律动是流行音乐的一个重要特征，在萨尔萨舞（莎莎舞）、摇滚音乐、灵魂乐、放克和融合音乐等许多音乐类型中都能找到它的身影。
在流行乐或日本流行音乐等音乐中，Groove经常被翻译为“律动”一词，用来形容乐曲带有的节奏感和“带劲”感。
