奔跑吧

是中國浙江衛視制作的秀}-，原版為韩國SBS电視台的《Running Man》。《奔跑吧》的游戏设定为成员与嘉宾前往各个任务地点进行前期任务，由胜出的队伍或个人获得对最终任务有利之提示或权力，最后在最终任务地点完成最终任务。最终任务游戏沿用《Running Man》的“撕名牌”环节。《奔跑吧》本为《奔跑吧兄弟》第五季，由于2017年中國大陸限韩令限制，制作方为避嫌而更改节目名称和赛制，以全新节目名义播出，不再支付SBS版權費用與分潤。但2022年起又和之前的序列共同排序，因此2022年5月播出的节目定名为《奔跑吧 (第十季)》（但有些平台仍写为《奔跑吧 (第六季)》），而2022年11月播出的《奔跑吧·共同富裕篇》为特别季，并未作为常规序列排序。

节目格式
节目固定成员依每期節目組所設定的主題遊戲与该期嘉宾进行一系列任务，并争取在竞赛中獲取更多的提示任务以有利於進行最後的遊戲環節，而任务内容環繞该期主题內容。节目程主要有三种形式：多个小任务及追逐战、一个主要追逐战（撕名牌）、團體挑戰賽。胜出的队伍、个人或全員，将获得该期的胜利与奖品。相比起《奔跑吧兄弟》時期，節目期間的植入式廣告改為由當中部分成員或嘉賓在遊戲期間以口播形式作宣傳。

收視情形
據2026年9月星洲網報導指稱節目已經連續數年收視表現降低，人氣不如以往，又報導發生期間發生一些爭議事件，如向多家文旅業者索取高額的宣傳費用及節目剪輯畫面錯誤等，致使部分觀眾要求抵制、停播整改。

• a. 原计22:00播出，因现场直播的《歌手2018总决赛歌王之战》延迟15分钟播毕，导致延至22:15播出。
• b. 原计00:05播毕，因电视台播放过程中播错片段，广告约八分钟后，播回广告之前的片段，导致延至00:30播毕。
• c. 4月27日第三期节目原计23:00播毕，因电视台人员误认为22:32播毕，广告约两分钟后直接播放《味道.天津》，导致节目后半段第四关卡没播出，只有在重播时段完整播出。

• d. 11月25日，因现场直播的《第60届金马奖》，而延迟至隔天播出。
• e. 4月20日，节目延至21:15播出；4月27日及5月4日，节目延至22:00播出。
