捷克和斯洛伐克正教會（Orthodox Church of the Czech Lands and Slovakia）是東正教的自主教會之一，管轄範圍包括了捷克共和國和斯洛伐克。東正教在捷克和斯洛伐克的歷史開始於中世紀時期。在捷克斯洛伐克被哈布斯堡王朝統治時期，東正教在這一地區曾受到壓制，直到捷克斯洛伐克獨立之後狀況才有改善。然而二戰期間捷克和斯洛伐克正教會再次受到納粹迫害，直到1951年才獲得東正教自主教會的地位。捷克斯洛伐克分裂之後，兩國的教會仍然維持了統一。
