蘇格蘭議會大樓（）為蘇格蘭議會於聖路德的所在地，位於愛丁堡的聯合國教科文組織之世界遺產範圍以內。議會大樓於1999年6月開始動土的工作，直到2004年9月7日蘇格蘭議會會員才於該處舉行他們的第一次辯論會議。大樓由加泰隆尼亞的已故建築師恩里克·米拉列斯所設計。
