黃裕邦（），是被稱為「文學界導火線」的香港詩人、網上文學及多媒體期刊的助理編輯，畢業於香港大學比較文學系哲學碩士和香港城市大學英語創意寫作藝術碩士，現於香港教育大學任教，在文學及文化系擔任一級講師。2016年以英文詩集《Crevasse》，獲得美國 LGBTQ 文學獎──的男同志詩歌組別首獎。他不但是首個香港人獲此殊榮，更是亞洲第一人。《Crevasse》於2018年譯為中文並出版，名為《天裂》。
主張
黃裕邦認為香港人英語創作是可行的，但要有持續訓練，更重要是堅持，因為香港教育制度在這方面配合得很差。黃裕邦解釋，無論香港其實有很多學生的英文水平不俗，奈何現今的教育制度沒有發掘他們的創作潛力，埋沒才華，而文學界亦沒有設立表揚英語創作的文學獎，令普羅大眾對於這個界別的文學創作缺乏關注。
經歷
*2014年9月28日，香港警方擲出87顆催淚彈，黃裕邦到銅鑼灣聲援。
*2016年6月13日，黃裕邦於多個同志平權組織於舉行的中環燭光集會，悼念奧蘭多慘劇死者。
*2018年9月14-30日，擔任臺北詩歌節駐市詩人。
