，日本昆蟲學家，1923年至1928年於臺灣農試所嘉義分所（今行政院農業委員會農業試驗所）服務，昆蟲分類著作等身，具備航空器（）資格，出生於日本關東一帶的栃木縣鹽谷郡北高根澤村（今高根澤町）。
