猿頭蛤科（學名：）是双壳纲鼬眼蛤目之下一個體型非常小的海洋生蛤蜊的科。舊屬帘蛤目鼬眼蛤總科，2016年本科隨同鼬眼蛤總科被劃歸不等齒總目之下的一個地位未定的分類單元。
