2018年國際足協世界盃外圍賽 – 中北美洲及加勒比海區第三圈

簡介
2018年世界盃足球賽中北美洲及加勒比海區資格賽第二輪定2015年9月4日到8日舉行。由中北美洲及加勒比海足協排名第四檔次國家隊2隊和10支第一輪勝隊共12隊進行主客場二回合交手；勝隊晉級第四輪。

Seeding
The draw for the third round was held as part of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Preliminary Draw on 25 July 2015, starting 18:00 MSK (UTC+3), at the Konstantinovsky Palace in Strelna, Saint Petersburg, Russia.

The seeding was based on the FIFA World Rankings of August 2014 (shown in parentheses). The 12 teams were seeded into two pots:
*Pot 3 contains the teams ranked 1–6.
*Pot 4 contains the teams ranked 7–12.

Each tie contained a team from Pot 1 and a team from Pot 2, with the order of legs decided by draw.

Note: Teams in italics were second round winners. Guatemala were seeded into Pot 3 as they have more FIFA ranking points (203.24) than the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (202.53). In the FIFA World Rankings, teams share the same ranking if their ranking points round to the same whole number.
