1966年南美自由盃是第 7 屆南美自由盃，為南美洲最頂級的足球球會賽事，由南美洲足球協會主辦。

Sixteen teams were drawn into two groups of six and one group of four. In each group, teams played against each other home-and-away. The top two teams in each group advanced to the Semifinals. 獨立隊, the title holders, had a bye to the next round.
