1965年南美自由盃是第 6 屆南美自由盃，為南美洲最頂級的足球球會賽事，由南美洲足球協會主辦。

Nine teams were drawn into three groups. In each group, teams played against each other home-and-away. The top team in each group advanced to the Semifinals. 獨立隊, the title holders, had a bye to the next round.

Four teams were drawn into two groups. In each group, teams played against each other home-and-away. The top team in each group advanced to the Finals.

A組
Independiente progressed to the finals due to better goal difference.
