图巴斯（，或；，轉寫：Tûbâs）是巴勒斯坦國西岸地區東北方的城鎮，是圖巴斯省的首府。位於那布盧斯東北方處，距離約旦河僅數公里。圖巴斯擁有超過16,000居民，為圖巴斯省的政經中心。城區大小約為 2,271 杜納畝（227公畝）。市議會共有15名成員，市民大多從事農業以及公家機關。Jamal Abu Mohsin自2005年以來就任市長迄今。
